What a week at Fine Food Australia 2026!
From 31 August to 3 September, Bio-E joined one of Australia’s leading trade events for the food and beverage industry at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.
Bringing together brands, retailers, distributors, buyers and industry professionals from Australia and overseas, it was a great opportunity to share what Bio-E has been working on and meet some incredible people along the way.
Sharing Something New
Throughout the four days, we welcomed visitors to discover and taste our Apple Cider Vinegar Beverage, newly launched Pear Cider Vinegar Beverage, and APS Probiotic Shots.
Our Pear Cider Vinegar Beverage was definitely a conversation starter. For many visitors, including experienced food and beverage professionals, it was their first time coming across pear cider vinegar.
The gentle, fruit-forward flavour caught people by surprise, and we loved seeing those first-sip reactions in person.
Conversations That Went Beyond the Stand
One of the biggest highlights was meeting people from so many different parts of the industry.
Over four days, we connected with retailers, distributors and potential partners from Australia and overseas, with interest in bringing Bio-E to new markets around the world. These conversations gave us the chance to exchange ideas, learn more about different markets and explore where Bio-E could go next.
It was also rewarding to see our approach to fermented beverages resonate with people who work with food and beverage products every day.
