This August, we took Bio-E on the road, bringing free tastings of our Apple Cider Vinegar and Pear Cider Vinegar Beverages to selected Ritchies IGA stores across Victoria.
And honestly, some of our favourite moments came from the first sip.
“Wait… this is vinegar?”
We met plenty of people who told us straight away that they weren't usually keen on vinegar. But after giving Bio-E a try? The reaction was often completely different.
“Surprisingly good.”
“Much smoother than the vinegar I've tried before.”
“I didn't expect it to taste like this.”
Our new Pear Cider Vinegar Beverage also sparked plenty of curiosity. For many shoppers, it was their first time even hearing about pear cider vinegar, let alone tasting one.
More Than Just a Free Sample
One of the best parts of being in-store was hearing how people actually felt about the drinks.
Some loved the refreshing taste before lunch and said it left them feeling ready for their meal. Others came back for another taste, picked up a bottle, or simply stayed for a chat about how they could enjoy Bio-E at home.
From Dromana and Rowville to Mt Eliza, Aspendale Gardens, Pentridge and Balnarring, every stop brought new faces, questions and first-sip reactions.
